4. We are ready to provide the entire spectrum of works:
    - development of project documentation;
    - receipt of necessary permit documentation;
    - capital formation for payment of the building tax;
    - capital formation for construction;
    - realization of all building works;
    - putting an object into commission;
    - selling an object.

5. In the contract we can negotiate the terms of selling of the project at any stage of it realization with fixation of the profit for both sides.
 
6. Meanwhile the more our developers will manage to do appropriate documents till the moment of project sale the more surplus value will it have.

Development of our assets

The minimal share - for every of our project liable to selling is fixed individually, but it cannot be less than 50%.
In case if investor makes a decision to redeem the share in any business-project presenting for sale he should:

1. To redeem the share in the project by fair market price.

Here it is possible joint redemption of owner of assets-enterprise by joint venture company, proportionally with the shares agreed on. Also it is welcomed the attraction of exterior experts for the confirmation of project's profitability and for the valuation of assets.
2.To provide complete or partial attraction of assets for financing of constructing and discharge of building tax.

Meanwhile possible participation in financing by own assets is fixed individually.
